How to delete your account
- Open the Nuri app on your phone.
- Sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Go to Settings.
- Open Account settings.
- Choose Delete account and follow the in-app confirmation steps.
Account deletion is handled inside the app so we can confirm the request belongs to the signed-in account owner.
What happens when you delete your account
Deleting your account removes your Nuri account access and the personal account information associated with it. Information shared in family workspaces may also be removed or disconnected according to the app's deletion flow and our retention obligations.
